This page explains, in plain words, what information Site Health Club collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Who runs this
Site Health Club and its Spanish edition, Sitio Sano, are run by Mogens G. You can reach me at [email protected].
What I collect when you sign up
The Founding Members form asks for your name, email, business name (optional), website address, country (optional), preferred report language, an optional note about what worries you, and your consent. I also store the country your request came from (as reported by Cloudflare), your browser's user agent and the date. I do not store your IP address.
Questionnaire answers
If you are a Founding Member, your answers to the day 30 and day 80 questionnaires are stored and linked to your sign-up. I only quote you publicly if you said yes to question 8, and only in the way you chose.
Email reports
To send your daily report and alerts I use your email address and the website addresses you gave me. The report content comes from the checks described below.
Checks of your website
The service only reads public information from your website, the same way a visitor's browser does: page status and speed, certificates, domain expiry dates, public HTML, robots.txt, sitemaps and HTTP headers. It never logs in, never installs anything and never changes your site. Page speed tests use Google's PageSpeed Insights.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups and questionnaire answers are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes this data on my behalf.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- I don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
- I don't use your information for anything other than running the service and talking to you about it.
How long I keep it
As long as you are a member or on the founding list. If you leave or ask me to delete it, I remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. I'll reply and act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top and tell members by email about anything important.
